We’re looking for friendly, reliable and caring people in North Somerset to join our growing network.
What does a Service Provider do?
As a Service Provider, you’ll provide personalised support to clients in their own homes. This could include:
- Companionship and social support
- Help around the home
- Shopping and errands
- Supporting clients to get out and about
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Overnight or live-in support
- Supporting people to maintain their independence and enjoy their lifestyle

Who are we looking for?
You don’t necessarily need years of care experience. What matters most to us is who you are and how you work.
We’re looking for people who are:

- Reliable and professional
- Able to take responsibility for managing their own self-employed work
- Based in or around North Somerset
Previous care experience is welcomed, but a great attitude and the right personality are just as important.
Important information
This is a self-employed opportunity, not an employed position. You will be responsible for managing your own self-employed business, including your tax and National Insurance responsibilities.
Friends Helping at Home is an introductory agency. We introduce clients and independent Service Providers and support the relationship, but you remain self-employed and work directly with your clients.
