The work required will consist of wall and floor tiling to commercial projects thought the North West on mostly price work. Whilst we do have contracts throughout the country, it will not be a requirement to work on these projects unless the operative so wishes.
The work would be mainly price set at the start of each contract, with an agreement of itemised areas when a m2 price is unachievable.
The operative shall be an NVQ Qualified Tiler who is self employed with a UTR number, who can work on their own initiative and who has their own tools and transport. The tiler must also be able to work to a high standard in a team environment.
All operatives must have a commitment to the works undertaken. This will involve working to deadlines set by our clients, and completing the works to a high standard. The successful operative will have secure and long lasting work on the prestigious contracts that we secure.
