Duties

- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple cooking stations
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
- Serve dishes to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests
