Brentford Health & Dental – West London
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and clinically confident Dentist to join our growing mixed NHS and private dental practice.
We are particularly interested in dentists who are enthusiastic about digital dentistry and want to work in a modern practice where technology is an important part of everyday clinical care.
The Role
You will provide a broad range of NHS and private dentistry, with the opportunity to develop your skills across general, restorative, cosmetic and digital dentistry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning
- NHS and private restorative dentistry
- Crowns, bridges, dentures and aesthetic dentistry
- Preventive and periodontal care
- Extractions and routine oral surgery
- Taking and interpreting digital dental radiographs
- Using intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Digital treatment planning and smile design
- Working with CAD/CAM technology and digital laboratory workflows
- Clear aligner and digitally planned orthodontic cases where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment plans
- Providing patients with clear treatment options and excellent communication
- Working closely with our dental nurses, hygienists and wider clinical team
Digital Dentistry
Digital dentistry is a key part of our practice.
We are looking for a dentist who is either already experienced with digital workflows or is keen to develop their skills in this area.
You will have the opportunity to work with modern digital technology, including intraoral scanning, digital impressions, digital treatment planning, CAD/CAM workflows and digitally planned restorative and orthodontic treatment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to move away from traditional workflows and develop their experience in modern, technology-driven dentistry.
What We're Looking For
- GDC registered and fully qualified to practise in the UK
- Experience in general dentistry and confidence treating a mixed NHS/private patient base
- An interest in digital dentistry and modern clinical workflows
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- High clinical standards and attention to detail
- A commitment to excellent record keeping and clinical governance
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development
Previous experience with intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, digital smile design or clear aligner workflows is highly desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
