Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, temporary role, in place for 12-months to cover maternity leave with the potential of becoming permanent. This role will be working between Monday to Saturday, flexible with hours, with a minimum of 3 days but up to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
Providing quotations for customers
Giving excellent customer service
Stock replenishment
Office support
Qualifications and Skills
A friendly approach and a willingness to learn are key elements
Previous retail experience
Confident dealing with customers
A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate.
Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
