This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work for an amazingly fast-growing and one-of-a-kind company! Trade Outlet resells liquidated stock from the world’s largest online retailers through outlets across the North West at less than 20% of RRP!
This position will be based at our Flagship Chester Gates Store. Currently this is our biggest Store and therefore we need a highly skilled person to come onboard to manage and develop sales within the store.
Leading a team of retail assistants, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations within the store, including creating and maintaining product displays, ordering stock, and generally maximising sales. Other duties will include performing employee reviews and ensuring the store and its contents are always presentable and safe for both staff and customers.
You’ll also build relationships with a regular loyal customer base spending over £1000 each per month, as well as one-off buyers throughout the day.
In addition to the basic salary, store managers are eligible for a generous bonus every month based on the store’s performance.
