- Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 19:00
- Friday 08:00 - 18:00
- One Saturday per month on a rota 08:00 - 17:00 p/m
Salary: £12.71 + bonus and commission
Job description The Role: We are based in Redditch has a firm that strive to support you and help you achieve your goals and ambitions. Building on our well-established roots, they are looking to grow and expand their successful customer service team. We are looking for customer service advisors to contact pre-existing and new bookings to check over the details and see if they want anything adding to their booking. You will also be handling inbound calls from customers too.

The Candidate:
- Previous telephony customer service experience ESSENTIAL
