We're currently looking for an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join the team at Bodyworks Edinburgh. Based in the West End we aim to offer a multi-disciplinary approach all under one roof including sports massage, deep tissue massage, remedial massage, physiotherapy and complementary treatments.
We have two positions available to cover the following permanent shifts:
- Monday 8-2pm
- Wednesday 8-2pm
- Thursday 1-8pm
- Friday 2-8pm
- Sunday 9-5pm x2 (both roles will involve a Sunday shift)
Your commission rate starts at 52% of the treatment sale (50% during your probationary period). As well as providing massage treatments you will have reception/light housekeeping duties to help with the smooth running of the clinic. This will be a max of 3hrs per week within your shift and will be paid at a rate of £15 per hour (£13 p/h during your probationary/training period). This helps to fill any gaps you may have between bookings.
What are we looking for:
- Qualified and experienced in providing a high standard of massage treatments (ideally a minimum of 2 years experience)
- Must be qualified and insured in Deep Tissue Remedial, Swedish and ideally two other treatments e.g. sports, dry needling, pregnancy massage etc
- Good computer, organisational and initiative skills
- Excellent communicator and team player
