Sessional Youth Detached Sports Coach
Salary range: £15,600 to £19,047.60 per year

Apollo Active are looking for a Sessional Youth Detached Sports Coach to join our growing team. you will be supporting young people in the community through football, coaching and wider sports engagement.
You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers football coaching, community based sports sessions, outreach in priority areas and targeted support for young people who are at risk of disengaging or presenting challenging behaviour. You will help young people build confidence, teamwork skills and healthier lifestyles through high quality coaching and positive mentoring.
What we are looking for
- Experience working with young people in community, sports or coaching settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Football coaching experience or a strong interest in football development
- Knowledge of youth work approaches and safeguarding
- Confidence delivering multi sports sessions to mixed ability groups
- A passion for supporting young people to reach their potential
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends where needed
