Position Details
- We have a senior carer position which is for 5 shifts per week i.e. 35 hours which will be a mixture of senior and care shifts. Our shift times are 7.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support care staff on duty.
- Administer medications to residents.
- Ensure care plans are followed and residents' needs are met.
- Provide hands-on care and assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care needs.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals.
- Assist with staff training and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care or supervisory role.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
