If you join us as a Kitchen Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchens, ensuring food is prepared and delivered to the highest standard for our customers while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment alongside your new team.
The role will involve supervising kitchen staff, assisting with stock control, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
The Kitchen Supervisor will work closely with the management team to maintain consistency, support staff development, and help deliver an excellent food offering for customers.
Guaranteed minimum 25 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to agreed standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Support training and development of kitchen team members
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management teams
- Step in to cover shifts or support service as required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Experience supervising or leading a small team (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Essential:
- A good standard of GCSE education
