ROLE: Field Manager – Water Services
HOURS: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a Field Manager – Water Services who will oversee the regional PPM completion team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of water hygiene services across multiple contracts.
- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 field-based engineers, ensuring work is effectively planned, organised, and delivered in line with KPIs and service standards.
- Oversee water hygiene operations including cooling tower cleaning and disinfection, water tank cleaning, closed system testing and dosing, and Legionella control activities.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Regional Operations Manager, supporting the safe and efficient running of regional operations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on Legionella PPM tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice.
- Manage large contracts operationally, attending client review meetings, monitoring KPI performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including passes in Maths and English, with Legionella awareness and progression towards City & Guilds in Legionella for Managers.
- Knowledge of water treatment plant operations, COSHH regulations, and safe handling of chemicals, with experience in cooling towers, water systems, and minor plumbing.
- IOSH Working Safely (or working towards IOSH Managing Safely) and knowledge of HTM 04-01 guidance (healthcare water systems) desirable.
