Trago's in-town store is located on Falmouth's famous and picturesque harbour.

Responsible to
Security Manager
Role Summary
· To work flexibly, to ensure the security of the site and its property, undertaking such other activities to maximize sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
· Greeting customers who enter the store
· Physically assisting customers with their purchases
· Checking customer receipts against purchases
· Responsible for distribution of money to tills both in-store and on-site
· General patrol of the site to include all public and non-public areas
· Identifying and assisting in the apprehension of persons, including staff, 1) stealing company property 2) committing acts of criminal damage 3) cases of dispute or disorder, and being aware of the legal implications of stopping and detaining by persons other than the Police
· Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
