Job Title: Accounts assistant (Credit team)
Department: Southern Accounts
Responsible to: Credit Manager

You will:
- Review, chase, reduce and control current and aged debts for customer applications and general invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and email customer statements.
- Raise invoices, applications, and credit notes when required.
- Electronic filing, allocation of cash, and general problem solving and ad hoc duties.
In this role, you will need experience in an account’s role alongside Microsoft Office experience particularly with Excel and Outlook.

Full training will be provided on inhouse systems including EVision
Hours are 8.30 am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday - but are negotiable
Holidays are 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays
Salary – dependant on experience.
Due to location a full driving licence would be beneficial as we are not on a direct bus route.
