We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual to join our Retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role as the business supports through a sales transition.
Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team on an interim basis for a minimum of three months. This is a critical role supporting the business during an important transition period as the company progresses through a sale process.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between senior stakeholders across the business and potential buyers. They will manage information requests, ensure timely responses, and coordinate internal teams to gather accurate and comprehensive information required throughout the transaction process.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with senior management and leadership teams across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordinator for information requests received from potential buyers and their advisers.
- Liaise directly with senior stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership and departmental heads.
- Track, prioritise, and manage multiple requests simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify the appropriate subject matter experts within the business and coordinate responses.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure information is provided accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed records of requests, responses, and outstanding actions.
- Support the management of due diligence activities throughout the sale process.
- Ensure information shared externally is complete, accurate, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate risks, delays, or issues where appropriate.
- Provide regular progress updates to project leads and senior management.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional with experience working in fast-paced environments involving senior stakeholders and complex information gathering.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience coordinating projects, due diligence activities, business transactions, or executive-level initiatives.
- Experience working with senior management, directors, and executive leadership teams.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive actions to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
