1st fix/2nd fix/ Final Fix/ Acoustic floors
We are looking for a self employed Site joiner to start on our New build site in Mold.
Great rates of Pay.
This is an ongoing site with a great team. Approximately 18 months remaining.
- This individual must have high standards of work
We currently work for a number of 5 star house builders that we have a great relationship with so the right candidate is essential.
ASPECT OF WORK
1st fix, 2nd fix, final fix etc
Pay
Majority of the work is price work, with daywork paid @ £22 per hour when necessary
M class dust extractor COMPULSORY.
Paid weekly
The right candidates will need
CSCS card.
Transport, own tools etc
minimum of 3 years of construction site work experience
Very high standards of work.
Reliable
Should be trustworthy. Be able to work as a team. Relay information back to site managers when needed.
