Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our team at Paper Moon Nurseries in Doddington Park. In this role, you will contribute to creating enriching educational experiences for young children in our nurturing environment, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional early childhood care.
The role will also be to cover MAT leave for Third in Charge position
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Support children's developmental milestones through personalized care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Qualifications
- Room Leader Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Ability to create engaging learning activities.
- Relevant childcare qualifications or certifications preferred.
- Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
- Passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development.
