This is evening work Wednesday to Saturday nights. We start at 6.30p.m. and finish at around 10.00p.m. The job entails lots of washing up, helping prepare vegetables, helping prepare puddings and assisting in the kitchen helping my husband as he prepares dishes. You will be trained thoroughly and will be taught which sauces to take out of the fridges. It is a good opportunity for someone to learn the workings of a small commercial kitchen. The kitchen has to be kept very clean and at the end of service all the surfaces must be clean and all the cutlery polished, etc. There are two other staff who will help you at the end of the evening. No experience necessary. Own transport required. During November and December candidate must be able to work from 4.30 in the afternoon due to Thursford Christmas show. Wednesday to Saturday.
