About the Role
As a Client Experience Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Alfa Romeo brand. From welcoming customers into the showroom to supporting vehicle sales, handovers, aftersales services, and community engagement, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that build customer loyalty and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
