We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales & Business Development Executive to join a successful, well-established UK business based at Aztec West, Bristol.
This is a proactive office-based sales role where you’ll generate new business, reconnect with dormant customers and develop long-term commercial relationships. You’ll join a supportive team, receive excellent training and play an important role in the commercial development of the business.

The Role
As an Internal Sales & Business Development Executive, you’ll take ownership of developing new and existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new and dormant business customers by telephone
- Building strong relationships with commercial customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating new business
- Following up enquiries and converting opportunities into orders
- Managing your own customer pipeline and sales activity
- Growing existing customer accounts through regular contact
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working closely with colleagues to maximise commercial opportunities
- Supporting inbound customer enquiries
About You
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the determination to succeed. You’ll enjoy speaking to people, be motivated by targets and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
This role could suit someone with experience in:
- Business development
- Internal sales
- Recruitment
- Estate agency or lettings
- Retail or hospitality
- Customer service within a target-driven environment
- Any proactive sales or customer-facing commercial role
You’ll also have:
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Salary & Benefits
- £29,000 - £31,000, depending on experience
- Annual Profit Share Scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
