Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer sales advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience in sales, some administration experience would be advantageous. You will need the ability to adapt and meet time deadlines. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for attention to detail
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage dispatch work load and communicate effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- There is some weekend work, on a rota basis of 1 in 4. Saturday morning 9-2pm in person, and Sunday evenings from home at a time of your choosing.
Experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity CRM software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
