Vape Advisor Needed! - Store Based Realistic OTE £28,500+ - 18+
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Vape Advisors to join our teams across our Manvers, Bramley, and Retford stores. As a Vape Advisor, you’ll be the face of VapeHQ, offering guidance and advice to customers, ensuring they find the right products for their needs, and delivering a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Provide expert advice on vaping products and accessories
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and displays are well presented
- Restocking & Rotation
- Process sales, returns, and refunds accurately
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain up to date product knowledge
- Cover our Cluster D stores (Manvers, Bramley and Retford), while remaining flexible to provide cover at other VapeHQ stores when required.

Your Role at Vape HQ:
- Full-Time Flexibility: Our stores operate 9:00am – 6:00pm or 9:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday (depending on the store you are assigned to). Our Manvers store also operates until 8:00pm on two days each week. Sunday opening hours are 10:00am – 4:00pm. Your adaptable schedule will include covering shifts across other stores when required.
- Team Player and Lone Worker: You will primarily be working independently in our stores. However, full training will be provided alongside an experienced team members, and you may be scheduled with another colleague for certain shifts where needed.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working weekends.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
No vaping knowledge is required as full training will be provided over a minimum of two weeks (or longer if needed).
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel between stores when required.
