The Role
We are looking for an experienced Junior Hair Stylist with a solid technical foundation who can confidently deliver core hairdressing services while continuing to develop their skills.
This is not an entry-level assistant position.
Responsibilities
- Client consultations
- Shampooing and head massage
- Blow-drying and styling
- Colour services
- Basic haircuts
- Maintaining a clean and professional workspace
- Following Ohlala London’s service standards and protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ salon experience
- NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing – required
- NVQ Level 3 – desirable
- Confident in blow-drying, colour, keratin treatments and basic cutting
- Good client communication skills
- Reliable, organised and professional
