About the Role
- Managing dedicated, high-density postcode routes local to our FedEx Depot.
- Building local route familiarity to maximize daily delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Performing quick morning vehicle checks and loading your van efficiently at the depot.
- Delivering 60–90+ parcel drops per day within your designated postcode area.
- Maintaining precise scanning compliance and polite customer service on the doorstep.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial multi-drop experience.
- Licence: Valid UK Driving Licence (Category B) held for 2+ years with no more than 6 points (No DR or IN endorsements allowed for insurance compliance).
- Compliance: Able to pass a standard DBS check and routine drug and alcohol screening.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle and lift parcel weights up to 30 kg.
