Are You Looking for the Ultimate Dental Nursing Role?
Do you want a dental nursing job where every day brings professional pride, skill development, and genuine job satisfaction?
Are you ready to grow your career as part of an award-winning, five-star dental team that values excellence, learning, and exceptional patient care?
If you’re ambitious, passionate, and take pride in delivering outstanding clinical and patient experiences, this could be the practice you’ve been looking for.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Dental Nurse to join our elite, five-star dental practice, renowned for clinical excellence and a luxury, hospitality-led patient experience. Our team lives by three core values — Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Returns — and we look for individuals who naturally embody these principles in everything they do.
This is a pivotal role for a motivated Dental Nurse who wants more than “just a job” — someone who values precision, professionalism, and being part of a practice where their contribution truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Clinical Excellence
You’ll work alongside our dentists and specialists across a wide range of advanced procedures, ensuring surgeries are perfectly prepared and clinical workflows run seamlessly.
Creating a 5-Star Patient Experience
From the moment patients arrive, you’ll provide warm, attentive, and personalised care — anticipating needs, offering reassurance, and ensuring every visit feels calm, comfortable, and memorable.
Maintaining the Highest Standards
You’ll uphold exceptional levels of infection control, sterilisation, and clinical safety, reflecting the standards of a luxury healthcare environment.
Organisation & Precision
You’ll help maintain a meticulously organised, safe, and welcoming clinical setting that mirrors our reputation for excellence.
Digital & Administrative Support
Using modern digital systems, you’ll manage accurate patient records, support appointment coordination, and contribute to smooth daily clinical flow.
Patient Education & Support
You’ll confidently guide patients through post-treatment care, reinforcing oral health advice and ensuring they leave feeling informed and reassured.
Team Collaboration
You’ll be an integral part of a supportive, high-performance, multidisciplinary team that values professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational ability and confidence working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Comfort using IT systems and digital clinical records
