We're looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Social, Emotional & Behavioural Needs (SHB/EBD).

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Children's Home
- Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your residential team
- Deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and partner agencies
What We're Looking For
✔ Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
✔ Experience within a Children's Residential Home
✔ Experience supporting young people with EBD / SHB
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
✔ Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and people management skills
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
