YOU is a registered charity that has been providing care, support and advice for over 30 years to vulnerable people, working across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Somerset and the Isle of Wight to give them the tools and resources they need to live independent, secure and valued lives. We also maintain an in-house pool of sessional workers, which we refer to as the ‘Premier Crew’.
About the Role
We’re excited to introduce a new Business Analyst role within our YOU Hub team—an opportunity to shape how data, insight, and business improvement are delivered across the Trust.
This newly created position reflects our commitment to becoming more data driven, insight led, and outcome focused. You’ll play a central role in helping us better understand our services, improve performance, and deliver meaningful change.
Working closely with operational teams, leadership, and system partners, you’ll turn data into insight and insight into improvements for the people we support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data & Insight
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
Support evidence-based decision making across services
Reporting & Performance
Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, SharePoint, Excel)
Monitor and improve KPIs and performance frameworks
Provide insights and commentary for senior leaders and boards
Business Analysis & Improvement
Gather and document business requirements
Map processes and identify opportunities to improve services
Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
Systems & Change
Support implementation of new systems and enhancements
Assist with testing (UAT), rollout, and user adoption
Work across teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Data Quality & Governance
Lead and manage data within The Trust
Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting standards
Support compliance with GDPR, data governance requirements and internal contract requirements.
