Due to a growth in contracts we are looking to hire an experienced Joiner.
£700 a week depending on experience (less 20% CIS)
The successful candidate will have experience in domestic building projects on site, including extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments and must have an excellent working knowledge of domestic construction techniques.
The candidate will be expected to:
- Read technical drawings in order to commence and progress work.
- work alongside a variety of on site tradesmen.
- Have good workmanship and be able to produce quality first and second fix joinery.
The candidate will have the following attributes:
- Be punctual and reliable, expected to turn up on time at sites across Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside and surrounding areas.
The candidate will be contracted via SC60 with 20% CIS tax deducted
Rates: up to £700/week depending on skills/experience.
