Job Summary
Willys ACV Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts/Office Administration Assistant to oversee the day-to-day accounts and administrative tasks of the business. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate accounts records, producing timely management information, and supporting the team across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices alongside supporting documentation
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting sales and purchase ledger activities
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and international head office colleagues
- Providing general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintaining and updating information within online accounting systems and internal databases
Applicants to this role require
- Competent using Xero, Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel, alongside accounting software. Experience implementing new systems advantageous
- Previous experience within a similar office-based role, assisting the finance function
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English – Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role preferable

- Excel skills, particularly pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
