Corporate Site Security Manager – Global Headquarters
Location: Mayfair, London
Hours: 48 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Following the award of a prestigious new corporate security contract, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Site Security Manager to lead security operations at the global headquarters of a world-renowned organisation in Mayfair.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring an accomplished corporate security professional who can deliver a discreet, intelligence-led and highly professional service. You will lead the on-site security team, protect the organisation’s people, property and reputation, and work closely with senior stakeholders, facilities management and other corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day security operations at the corporate headquarters.
- Provide visible leadership, direction and support to the on-site security team.
- Act as the principal security contact for the client and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a discreet, professional and service-focused corporate security presence.
- Manage access control, visitor management, CCTV, incident response and emergency procedures.
- Develop staff rotas and ensure appropriate security coverage across the site.
- Conduct team briefings, training, performance reviews and welfare meetings.
- Maintain and review assignment instructions, standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Lead investigations and produce clear, accurate and professional incident reports.
- Support business continuity, crisis management and emergency response arrangements.
- Oversee the security response for corporate events, VIP visits and executive movements.
- Work closely with facilities, reception, health and safety, HR, IT and senior leadership teams.
- Monitor performance against agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve security standards, processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements and relevant legislation.
About you
You will be a credible and highly professional security leader with experience managing security operations within a corporate headquarters, financial services, professional services or another high-profile business environment.
You should have:
- Previous experience managing a corporate security team.
- A valid frontline SIA licence.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
- Experience working with senior executives and corporate stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong incident-management and investigative capabilities.
- Knowledge of physical security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Experience with risk assessments, operational procedures and compliance reporting.
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
- Strong organisational, reporting and decision-making skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The flexibility to work 48 hours per week in line with operational requirements.
A recognised qualification in security management, risk management, first aid, fire safety, health and safety or business continuity would be advantageous.
