Class 2 HGV Driver (Tramping) - Monday to Friday
Location: Tempsford
Pay: £16.00 per hour + £20.00 overnight allowance
We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to join our growing team.
This is a Monday to Friday tramping role, ideal for drivers who are happy to stay away during the week. You'll be driving well-maintained vehicles, delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Carry out deliveries and collections as scheduled
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Comply with all DVSA regulations, tachograph rules and Working Time Directive requirements
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and road transport legislation
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Previous Class 2 experience is preferred but not essential
