Hours:* Fridays 2.00pm - 8pm, Saturdays 8.30am - 6.30pm, Sundays 9am - 6.00pm.
Join the Ultrasound Plus Team! Ultrasound Plus is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Telephone Call Handler and Clinic Administrator to join our growing team at our Head Office in Watford. This is an office-based role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from patients and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Book, amend, and manage appointments across our clinics.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
* Handle patient records, admin duties and maintain confidentiality at all times
.* Liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every caller.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Good IT skills and confidence using appointment booking systems.
* Previous customer service, call handling, reception, or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
