We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Willand. This is a varied role supporting front‑of‑house, administration, and basic accounts functions.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Handling company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
- Booking transport and preparing dispatch notes and associated paperwork
- Customer communication and order inputting
- Performing data entry tasks, including maintaining financial and legal records
- Raising invoices and credit notes using Sage
- Assisting with bookkeeping, budgeting, and billing cycles
- Managing office supplies, stationery, and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Skills and Experience
- Sage experience preferred
- Some accountancy or bookkeeping experience would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work effectively and professionally with staff at all levels
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to work
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 22.5 hours
Salary: £12.76 per hour Paid Monthly
