If yes, then we want you to join our team! You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and diagnostics of a range of heat pump systems for both residential and commercial clients. You'll work independently, supported by a friendly and experienced team, ensuring the systems operate efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

What you can do for us:
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on heat pump systems
- Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimum performance
- Provide technical support and advice to customers
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety standards
- Collaborate with the wider engineering and installations teams.
You’ll need:
- Full UK driving license
- Level 3 NVQ in plumbing and heating
- F-Gas certification (desirable not essential)
- BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water regulations and part L.
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.
Good to have:
- Electrical experience or qualifications
