Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development
- Supervise children during playtime, mealtimes, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Support children’s emotional well-being by providing reassurance, encouragement, and guidance
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as record keeping, progress reports, and activity planning
- Lead by example in promoting inclusive practices, positive behavior management, and developmental milestones
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is desirable
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety procedures, and early childhood development principles is desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Previous nursery experience combined with qualifications in early childhood education is highly desirable

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
