Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals aged 16 and above to join our Front Of House team. As a Front Of House team member, you will be face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout your shift.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food and safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in bartending or the ability to learn quickly in advantageous.
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.

Pay: £7.55-£12.71 per hour
