Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This vital role offers significant opportunities for professional development within a revitalized administrative infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our commitment to excellence in SHEQ standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Booking travel and accommodation for operatives and colleagues
- Support invoicing and bookkeeping processes
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members and management
- Assist with procurement activities by processing purchase orders and tracking supplies
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and troubleshoot basic technical issues promptly
Experience
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, )
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and clerical responsibilities
- Familiarity with office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting basic technical issues
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is standard, often requiring GCSEs (grades 9–5 / A*–C) including Maths and English

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
