We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating swimmers of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting water safety and developing swimming skills through structured lessons.
Duties
- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet the varying needs of participants.
- Educate students on water safety practices and techniques to enhance their swimming abilities.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate fundamental swimming skills, stroke techniques, and water confidence.
- Monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, concerns, or recommendations for further development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in swim instruction.
Pay: £17.13 per hour
