Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, delivery, and commercial management of lifecycle, refurbishment, infrastructure, and critical engineering projects within a live healthcare environment.
Acting as Bellrock's lead representative on site, the role will provide programme leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining full compliance with NHS and healthcare estate requirements.
The Project Manager will work closely with Bellrock operational teams, client stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and specialist supply chain partners to ensure the successful delivery of the lifecycle programme and associated capital works. You will provide leadership and accountability for the delivery of a complex healthcare estate programme, ensuring projects are effectively managed from inception through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for protecting commercial performance, maintaining client relationships, reducing operational risk, and driving delivery excellence across the portfolio.
