We’re looking for someone exceptional to join the Front of House team at SAFANA Dental.
This is not simply a role answering phones and booking appointments.
Front of House is one of the most important positions in our practice. You are often the first person a patient speaks to, the first person they meet when they arrive, and the person who helps make sure their experience feels calm, organised and genuinely looked after from beginning to end.We are looking for someone who understands that.
About you
You may already work in dentistry. You may come from hospitality, luxury retail, customer service or another environment where looking after people brilliantly really matters. Dental experience would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in the person behind the CV. You will naturally be:
- Warm, confident and genuinely interested in people
- An excellent communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Professional and polished
- Calm when several things are happening at once
- Comfortable discussing appointments, fees and payment options
- Organised and able to think ahead
- Someone who notices what needs doing and takes ownership
- Happy working closely with clinicians, nurses and the wider team
- Willing to learn and develop your dental knowledge
- Positive, dependable and proud of doing a job well
Most importantly, you will care about the experience people have when they walk through our door.
What the role involves
Your day will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating an excellent first impression
- Handling new and existing patient enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Managing appointments and supporting the smooth running of the diary
- Helping patients understand their next steps
- Discussing fees and payment options confidently and professionally
- Supporting treatment follow-up and recall processes
- Communicating closely with clinicians and the nursing team
- Managing patient concerns with warmth and good judgement
- Helping maintain high standards across Front of House
- Taking ownership of tasks rather than simply passing problems on
