Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an exciting New Home Sales Advisor position in Bedfordshire.
Competitive base salary of £35,000 plus commission & bonuses. OTE £55,000+
Thursday – Monday 10am to 5pm
45p per mile, door to door if more than 10 miles a day
2.5% finishing touches

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team. The role typically reports into the Field Sales Manager/Head of Sales/Sales Director.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of a beautiful development, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment you hand over the keys.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
- Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
- Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers
What type of candidate are we looking for?
- Proven experience in new home sales
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
