Summary
Mount Carmel RC High School is seeking to appoint a committed, resilient and highly organised Reflect Room Manager to support our positive behaviour culture and ensure that all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing stability, continuity and support for pupils who are temporarily removed from lessons. Working closely with pastoral and teaching staff, you will ensure the effective implementation of the school's Behaviour Policy, helping pupils to reflect on their choices, re-engage with learning and make positive progress.
This position is term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above or equivalent
