We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehousing and logistics team at MKI HQ. You’ll be part of a growing operation, playing a key role in the day-to-day picking, packing, and movement of stock across our online and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare all online orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
· Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely manner, checking garment condition, updating stock records, and escalating any issues when necessary.
· Support the efficient daily operation of the warehouse, including regular stock counts, stock organisation, and maintaining clear and tidy work areas.
· Assist with incoming stock, replenishment, and stock movements as required.
· Adhere to all warehouse procedures, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
Desirable:
· A strong desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Familiarity with the clothing or fashion industry (not essential)
Considerations
· You will be based in Bingley, West Yorkshire at our HQ full-time from 9-5pm Monday – Friday.
· You will be required to provide a satisfactory background / DBS check.
