Recovery Driver / Roadside technician required for busy recovery company based in Hull which travel throughout the U.K. No nights out are required, you will be home every night.
Applicant MUST be flexible with hours and be able to work some unsocial hours on both nights and weekends alongside the standard day shift hours.
Applicant must be over 25 years old only due to insurance purposes.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and co-operate with our control team.
You will be driving a 7.5T or 12T HGV recovery vehicle therefore C, C1, C1E licence is required.
Full training and uniform provided along with company phone.
Great working atmosphere & very good rates of pay.
Hours are 11am - 8pm . 2 Nights per week on call and alternative weekends on call.
Previous recovery experience is an advantage .
Must be able to pass DBS check.
Must have clean U.K. driving licence and held U.K. driving licence over 5years.
Duties will be to:
- Collect casualty vehicles from the scenes of breakdowns or accidents and transport them to locations throughout the U.K.
- Attend the scene of the breakdown and provide roadside assistance to customers including diagnosing faults, wheel changes, battery replacements.
- General workshop tasks in the Garage/depot.
