Duties

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues promptly to minimize downtime

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a sewing or textile production environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of sewing techniques, machine operation, and fabric handling
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced, organized work settings
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality and precision
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
