Job Summary
Unique Class Executive Chauffeur & Mobility Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Corporate Accounts Manager to manage high-value business clients, develop long-term corporate partnerships, and support the growth of its executive chauffeur and mobility services in Manchester.
This senior client-facing role is suited to an account management professional with experience in executive transport, corporate travel, mobility services, hospitality, aviation, or another premium service environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of key accounts, coordinate complex client requirements, and ensure consistently reliable and discreet service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate, professional-services, hospitality, aviation, and executive-travel accounts
- Build trusted relationships with travel managers, executive assistants, procurement teams, office managers, event organisers, and senior decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, service reviews, account issues, and contract discussions
- Understand each client’s transport requirements and develop tailored chauffeur and mobility solutions
- Coordinate airport transfers, executive travel, roadshows, conferences, events, group movements, and recurring corporate bookings
- Work closely with dispatch, operations, drivers, fleet, finance, and customer-service teams to ensure accurate service delivery
- Monitor booking volumes, service quality, account profitability, customer satisfaction, and contract performance
- Prepare account plans, client reports, service reviews, pricing proposals, and renewal presentations
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services, routes, locations, and mobility packages
- Support new-business onboarding and ensure client requirements are accurately documented and communicated
- Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally while protecting long-term client relationships
- Review billing arrangements, account statements, credit terms, and invoicing queries in collaboration with the finance team
- Maintain accurate client records, commercial activity, booking preferences, and contract information within CRM and booking systems
- Negotiate contract renewals, service-level agreements, pricing structures, and commercial terms within approved guidelines
- Track account-management KPIs, revenue forecasts, retention levels, service failures, and growth opportunities
- Represent the company at business events, hospitality functions, trade meetings, and corporate networking activities
- Coach account-management and customer-service personnel while promoting high standards of discretion, responsiveness, and professionalism
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate account management, key account management, client services, business development, or commercial relationship management
- Previous experience managing high-value business clients and complex service requirements
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in contracts, pricing, revenue growth, account profitability, and retention
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to provide polished and discreet service to executives, VIP travellers, and corporate decision-makers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts, bookings, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities
- Experience in executive chauffeur services, corporate travel, ground transportation, hospitality, aviation, events, or premium mobility would be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, booking systems, account-management software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing service recovery and client escalations
- Flexibility to support urgent requests, major events, and time-sensitive client movements where required
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Account Management, Hospitality, Travel, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered
