We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Groomer to join our professional pet care team. This role involves providing high-quality grooming services to dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring each pet looks and feels their best. Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping in accordance with client preferences and breed standards
- Handle dogs safely and gently, ensuring a positive grooming experience for each pet
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of grooming tools and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare advice
- Monitor pets throughout the grooming process for signs of distress or health issues
- Keep detailed records of each pet’s grooming history and specific requirements
- Assist with animal care tasks such as feeding or administering basic medications if required
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations
