Penguin Cruise Parking are looking for a confident, friendly, reliable person to work 3 or 4 days a week including most weekends looking after our customers who are going on, or coming off, the cruise ships in Southampton and dealing with the associated administration.
On a ship day, its often early starts (varying from 6.00 to 8.00) and mid-afternoon finishes (varying from 14.00 to 16.00). Greeting customers, answering questions, organising our drivers you should be able to multitask and be well organised with a calm and caring nature. You will also be required to drive customers on quieter days and therefore need to be a confident and experienced driver who is reasonably fit and able to lift luggage and happy to work outside in all weathers.
On a non-ship day its 10.00 – 16.00. Answering the phone, dealing with emails, preparing paperwork and general office duties.
Working approximately 25 – 35 hours per week you will need to be extremely flexible and committed to working most weekends.
