About Us:
FuturePro Logistics is a rapidly growing e-Commerce logistics company, specialising in order fulfilment and warehousing for a range of diverse brands. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team in Thatcham as a Warehouse Operative.
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in FuturePro Logistics daily operations, including picking and packing orders, conducting stock checks and processing returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Use PCs, label printers, and hand pallet trucks.
- Inventory Management: Unload containers, book in goods, and replenish stock.
- Stock Counting: Perform regular stock counts.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Returns Processing: Manage and process returns.
- Kit Building: Assemble kits as required.
- Forklift Driving: Use of flexi and/or counterbalance forklifts (preferred but not essential).
- Van Driving: Cover driving for van deliveries (preferred but not essential).
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience (1 year preferred).
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential, training available).
- Valid manual driving license (preferred).
- Ability to confidently use computer systems and hand scanners is essential.
Job Type
- Full-time, permanent: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9 am - 5 pm, 30-min lunch).
