Part-Time Receptionist – Revitalise Me Clinic, Wells
Are you friendly, organised, confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
Revitalise Me Clinic is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Wells.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be at the heart of the clinic – welcoming clients, managing bookings and enquiries, and developing a strong understanding of everything we offer so you can confidently promote our treatments, services and products.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
- Managing telephone, email, online and face-to-face enquiries.
- Booking and managing client appointments.
- Learning about our full range of beauty, skin, aesthetics and wellness services.
- Confidently talking to clients about the treatments and services available.
- Turning enquiries into bookings and identifying other services that may be of interest to clients.
- Promoting treatments, new services, products and clinic offers.
- Taking payments and supporting client rebooking.
- Keeping client information and our booking system up to date.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running and presentation of the clinic.
- Working closely with our practitioners and therapists to deliver an excellent client experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people.
- Naturally enthusiastic about beauty, skincare, aesthetics and wellness.
- Keen to learn and understand everything we offer.
- Comfortable recommending and promoting services without being pushy.
- Confident handling enquiries and converting them into appointments.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems and email.
- Reliable, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Previous reception, customer service, beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or sales experience would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
